Witensseth that the said Alfred Turner and Susan Turner his wife for and in
consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to them in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant bargain sell covey and confirm unto the said
Rufus Molder his heirs and assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land situated
and lying
in the County of Lincoln in the State of Missouri on the waters of Camp Creek containing
Eighty acres of land more or less being the South West quarter of the South West quarter of
Section No. twelve, Township forty-nine range three West of the fifth principal meridian, and the
North West quarter of the North West quarter of Section Thirteen, Township forty-nine, Range
three West of the fifth principal meridian and together with all and Singularly the appurtenances
thereunto /\ belonging. To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said
Rufus Molder his heirs and assigns forever and the said Alfred Turner and Susan
his wife the aforesaid promises unto the said Rufus Molder his heirs and assigns against the
claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever do and will warrant and forever defend
by these presents.
In Testimony where of the said Alfred Turner ~ Susan his wife party of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year above written.

one thousand eight hundred and fifty before me a Justice of the Peace within and for the
County of Lincoln personally came Alfred Turner and Susan Turner his wife
both personally known to me to be the persons whose names are Subscribed to
foregoing instrument of writing as having executed the Same and Severally acknowledged
the same to be heir act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned.
She the said Susan Turner being by me first made acquainted with the contents
thereof and examined separate and apart from her husband whether she executed the Said
deed and relinquished her dower to the land and tenements therein mentioned voluntarily
freely and without compulsion or undue influence of her said husband acknowledged and
declared that she executed the same and relinquished her dower in the said land and
tenements therein mentioned and voluntarily freely and without compulsion or undue
