COLEMAN - Mrs. Johnnie Bell Smith, 73, of Mesquite, a former
long-time Coleman area resident, died at 5 a.m. Monday in Mesquite
Community Hospital. Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Walker
Funeral Home.
The Rev. Chester Clark, Assembly of God minister from Brady, will
officiate. Burial will be at Coleman Cemetery.
She was born Jan. 25, 1909, in Hamilton County.
Survivors include a daughter, Charlotte Turner of Mesquite; her mother, Mrs. Bertha Baker of Coleman; three sister, Mrs. Beatrice Maroney, Mrs. Opal Baird and Mrs. Dorothy Ewing, all of Coleman; three brothers, N. C. Baker and Curtis "Sammy" Baker, both of Coleman, and Bill Baker of Sweetwater; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Marty Baker, Jerry Campbell, Billy Gene Baker,
Curtis Baker, Johnny Burkey, and Ronny Turner.
