Came to hand May 11, 174, and executed by posting up one copy at Patterson
and O'Neill's store one at Christian Church on leaddo and one at Court House
door in Greenville all public places.

Know all men by these presents that we Christy Ann Roberts of the
County of Hunt and State of Texas as principle and _ as surety are bound
unto N. McDougald Clerk of the District Court of the County first aforesaid
and his Successors in office in the sum of Two Hundred and Twetny Dollars
conditioned that the said Christy Ann Roberts will faithfully discharge the
duties of Guardian of the person & Estate of John Wm. Roberts a minor.
Witness our hands and seal scrawls being used as seals this day of June 1874.
Approved June 10th 1874.
