Thelma Cupps Fleming, 83
Thelma Cupps Fleming, age 83, of Santa Anna passed away Thursday,
April 03, 2003 at 12:55 PM at the Brownwood Regional Medical Center in
Brownwood, Texas. Services will be Saturday at 2:00 PM at the Cleveland
Church of Christ with Jack Bryant and Michael Hitchcock officiating.
Internment will follow at the Cleveland Cemetery under the direction of
Henderson Funeral Home of Santa Anna. Family visitation will be Friday from
6 till 8 PM at Henderson Funeral Home. Thelma was a lifetime resident
of Coleman County where she born on February 6, 1920 to the late Elmer Roscoe
and Pauline Loving Baugh Cupps. She attended the Cleveland and Santa Anna
Schools and was a member of the Cleveland Church of Christ and Trickham 84 Club.
Thelma married Charlie Fleming in Santa Anna on June 30, 1938 and they
celebrated fifty-six years of marriage and Charlie preceded her in death
in 1993. She was a beautician and stockfarmer until retirement and a housewife.
