to the Transfer upon the Land Certificate to which this is attached bearing date 9" Dec 1845,
for 640 acres of Land, 4 class No. 336. Issued by the Board of Land Commissioners of
Montgomery County, Texas, and acknowledged in My presence that the signed Sealed
and delivered the Same for the purposes and Consideration therein contained and Expressed_

To Certify which, I, John R. Craddock, Clerk as aforesaid have hereunto Set My official
Signature With the Seal of My office Impressed hereon at office in Paris This
