Beginning at the North west corner of said survey a stake from which a hackberry
marked D D bears South 34 degrees W 42 varas, also a hickory marked X bears
South 33 degrees W 42 varas. Thence South 2500 ½ varas a stake in prairie. Thence
East 2500 ½ varas a stake in prairie. Thence North 2500 ½ varas a stake in prairie.
Thence West 2500 ½ varas to the beginning containing eleven hundred and fifty one
acres more or less. Together with all and singular the rights members hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and
to hold all and singular, the premises above mentioned unto the said McQuinney H. Wright
his heirs and assigns forever and I do hereby bind myself my heirs Executors and
administrators to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said premises,
unto the said McQuinney H. Wright his heirs and assigns against every person whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof making this deed equal in
all respects to the patent which has Issued for the said original survey.
