October the 7: 1728 The above named Israel Turner & Thomas
Parris made oath that they saw the above named Joshua Turner
sign, seal & heard him declare this instrument to be his last Will and
Testament & that they in the presence of the sd Testator together
Ruth Magonnis set to their hands as Witnesses & that according to
the best of their observation he then was of a sound & disposing mind
& memory.
Before Isaac Winslow Judge of Probate
February the 3rd 1728 Ruth Magonnis made oath that she saw the
within named Joshua Turner sign seal & heard him declare the
within written instrument to be his last Will & Testament & that she
at the same time together with Israel Turner & Thomas Parris in the
presence of the Testator set to their hands as Witnesses & that according
to the best of her observation he then was of a sound & disposing mind
& memory.

Isaac Winslow Esq: Appointed & Commissioned to be Judge of the
Probate of Wills & for granting of Administration in the County of
Plimouth within the Province of the Massachusetts Bay Colony
in New England:
To all to whom these present shall come greetings:
Know yee that on this eleventh day of February in the year of our Lord
one thousand seven hundred & forty eight, Before me at Marshfield
in the County aforesd the will of Joshua Turner late of Pembroke
in the County aforesd & deceased to this order annexed having been
found approved & allowed who having while he lived & at the time of his
death goods chattels Rights & assets within the County aforesd. And the
Basis of sd Will & power of committing of Administration of all &
singular the goods, Chattels, Rights & assets of the sd deceased & also
the hearing Examining & allowing of accounts of the same by virtue
thereof ascertaining unto me. The Administration of all & singular the
goods Chattels, Rights & assets of the said deceased & his Will in
any manner concerning is hereby committed unto Mary Turner
Relict Widdow of the sd deceased & sole Executrix in the same Will
named well & faithfully to Execute the sd Will & to administer the
Estate according thereunto & to make a true & perfect inventory
of all & singular the goods chattels rights & assets of the said deceased
and also to exhibit the same unto the Registry of the Court of probate
for the county aforesd at or before the first day of March next ensuing
& also to render a plain & new account of her sd Administration upon
oath.
In Testimony whereof I have herunto set my hand & the seal of
the sd Court of Probate & office at Marshfield aforesd the day & year
first above written
